If the fashion company didn't have unisex clothes, this could cause some contraversy as people may feel that they can't wear certain types of clothes as it's no made for their gender. This can be a problem as it means less people would be buying their products, therefore they company gains less of a profit.

One potential legal constraint that the team would need to consider when developing the avatar function is that people have to upload an image of themselves. This could be and issue because identity fraud could happen. Also people may not like how the app makes them look (weight, size etc). This may make feel feel self-conscious about themselves as they may think that's how everyone else sees them.

1. Aurora will need to add in a function where you can add all the clothings you may wear if you are religious(such as muslims hijabs), as if its not available then people may give the app a bad review and no longer use it's they feel that they aren't included in society.

2. Another issue that could appear is skin tone. If there isn't a wide range of skin tones to choose from then people may feel like they also don't belong and they may not give the app a good review as they feel there not socially accepted. All ethnicities need to feel accepted.
