Strengths
- minimum of 4 clips is low, gives a lot of room to work with
- designer brand - big budget
Weaknesses
- 8-14 is a big age group, a lot changes between those ages
- high end = expensive, limits the audience
- no specific gender = wider audience to cater for
Opportunities
- because it's designer footwear, opportunity to liaise with high end retail
- brand can afford rights to licence music, could provide an opportunity to liaise with large record label
Threats
- crowded market, lots of competition
- working with young actor in an urban area is dangerous due to traffic
