 Strengths 

  • minimum of 4 clips is low, gives a lot of room to work with
  • designer brand - big budget 

Weaknesses

  • 8-14 is a big age group, a lot changes between those ages 
  • high end = expensive, limits the audience 
  • no specific gender = wider audience to cater for 

Opportunities 

  • because it's designer footwear, opportunity to liaise with high end retail
  • brand can afford rights to licence music, could provide an opportunity to liaise with large record label

Threats 

  • crowded market, lots of competition 
  • working with young actor in an urban area is dangerous due to traffic
